About the founders

Dr. Katja Dill
Dr.Katja Dill is a researcher, speaker, and facilitator with a background in social sciences and advanced training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Her work bridges academic research with practical application, exploring how subconscious patterns shape creativity, decisions, and collaboration.
With over a decade of experience in organizational development and leadership transformation, Katja helps companies navigate change and unlock their teams’ potential.
At the core of her work lies one belief: Neuroplasticity – the brain’s lifelong ability to rewire and grow.

Linda Lidaka
Linda is a neuroscience coach whose journey began in food science. After earning her degree, she realized that what truly shapes our wellbeing isn’t just what we eat, it’s what we feed our minds. Thoughts, emotions, and subconscious patterns all nourish or drain us.
Guided by this insight, she shifted her focus from physical nutrition to mental and emotional reprogramming. Today, she helps individuals and teams create lasting change through the power of the subconscious mind and neuroscience-based tools for transformation.
